The Bulgarian Center for Development and Training (a USAID legacy organization) will conduct two English teacher training courses -- an international certificate course in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and a Qualification in Language Teaching course. For the latter, scholarships are available for Roma participants through US a Democracy Commission and scholarships for other Bulgarian citizens are also available.
