Eleven Bulgarian Members of Parliament (MPs) will go on a study tour in the United States from July 8 - 20, 2006. The specifically tailored training organized by USAID will expose the MPs to relevant U.S. models, which best address their specific needs, and their institution and country environment.

USAID, through its Labor Market Project, is piloting a new initiative for Bulgaria aimed at narrowing the gap between vocational training in tourism and the workforce skills needed by employers in the industry.
