The new department will continue to recruit and support courts under the ongoing SJC Courts in Partnership program. In the past two years the SJC has shown a strong interest in endorsing USAID activities.
The tool is useful for meeting organizations’ needs for financial management, cash flow monitoring, and project planning.

Since 1993 the program has trained more than 4,000 Bulgarians in support of USAID technical assistance programs.
