Improved lighting at mosque and church brightens eastern Bulgarian town. Partners-Targovishte Association initiated the "Svetlina" ("Light") project which united the efforts of the municipality, the church and mosque boards, and local NGOs to illuminate the spiritual centers of Targovishte.
