On September 20, Minister of Justice Miglena Tacheva bestowed the Ministry’s Sign of Honor on British Ambassador Jeremy Hill, USAID Mission Director Michael Fritz, and USAID implementing partners Chris Thompson and Ken Stuart. The ceremony, held at the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), recognized U.S.-funded assistance to strengthen the rule of law in Bulgaria. Minister Tacheva expressed appreciation for the work of the USAID Judicial Strengthening Initiative and Commercial Law Reform Program. Former Minister of Justice Anton Stankov also attended the event and voiced his appreciation for U.S. and British assistance.
