Activities provided support to the Government of Bulgaria and the Bank Consolidation Company in privatization and restructuring of the banking sector, including privatization of the state-owned banks. Assistance was provided to the Privatization Agency and other state entities in refining and implementing the privatization policies, procedures, and strategies for specific companies.
